SCHOA’s Hometown HERO Program has been created to recognize and honor Sun City residents who are making a difference in the lives of others within our community. We choose recipients based on nominations that come from residents within our community.

Join SCHOA in celebrating local Hometown HEROES. Use this form to nominate someone you feel is making a difference. This could be an individual or group, but they must live in Sun City and serve Sun City residents. We’re looking forward to hearing about all those making a difference in our community!
