Business Partner Referral Program
SCHOA regularly receives requests from SCHOA members and residents regarding qualified service providers/contractors. To respond to this need, in July of 2010, SCHOA instituted the Business Partner Referral Program.
Currently, the Program has over 260 businesses in a variety of categories. SCHOA maintains this database exclusively for the use by SCHOA members. SCHOA memberships* are $25 annually and additional information can be found here.
NOTE: *SCHOA membership fees are separate from the RCSC fees.
NOTE: Business Partners are referrals and not recommendations. It is still the responsibility of the homeowner to do their due diligence when hiring a contractor.
How do referrals work?
Our Business Partner Referral Program is a referral program. SCHOA does not recommend any vendor and vendors are listed in a random order.
Currently, the Program has over 260 businesses in a variety of categories. SCHOA maintains this database exclusively for SCHOA members who have access to this online through our website. They may also visit the SCHOA office for referrals.
SCHOA memberships are $25 annually. Additional information concerning membership can be found here.
SCHOA memberships are not included in your RCSC annual dues.
How do Businesses become SCHOA Business Partners?
SCHOA Business Partners have qualified to be part of the SCHOA Referral Program and have been accepted following a vetting process. SCHOA conducts a background check on all members including reference verifications and where applicable a review of licenses registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We also review their status with the Better Business Bureau. Businesses must also provide proof of general liability insurance. In addition, our database is updated regularly to ensure licenses, and insurance are current where applicable.
How do I get access?
If you are a member of SCHOA you can login to the database for access.
If you are not a member you can join SCHOA by filling out an application which is available here or stop by our office and we’ll be glad to get help you.

If a resident has used a SCHOA Business Partner, they are encouraged to fill out the SCHOA Business Partner Evaluation. We appreciate all feedback.
What should I do if I’m unhappy with the service provided?
If a SCHOA member is dissatisfied with a Business Partner’s services and is unable to resolve the concern, they may contact the SCHOA office for assistance. SCHOA will assist its members as we are able. If complaints are received, they are reviewed, and the Business Partner is contacted. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure members of the Business Partner Referral Program continue to provide services that members are able to rely upon as dependable.
If a resident has used a SCHOA Business Partner, they are encouraged to fill out the SCHOA Business Partner Evaluation. We appreciate positive feedback as well.
