SCHOA’s Business Partner Referral Program
SCHOA receives requests from Sun City Home Owner Association members regarding referrals of qualified service providers/contractors. To respond to this need, SCHOA instituted the Business Partner Referral Program.
Currently, the Program has over 265 businesses in a variety of categories. SCHOA maintains this database exclusively for the use by members of the Sun City Home Owner Association. SCHOA memberships are $25 annually and additional information can be found here. *SCHOA membership fees are separate from the RCSC fees.
To help ensure companies provide the highest level of service to home owners, SCHOA conducts a background check on all members including reference verification and a review of businesses’ licenses registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. In addition, the database is updated on an ongoing basis to ensure licenses, bonds and insurance are current where applicable.
SCHOA includes and invites homeowner feedback regarding quality of service. As a result, only qualified companies are retained in the Program. Business Partners are referrals and not recommendations. It is still the responsibility of the homeowner to do their due diligence when hiring a contractor.
If a SCHOA member is dissatisfied with a Business Partner’s services and is unable to resolve the concern, they may contact the SCHOA office for assistance. SCHOA will assist its members as they are able.
If a resident has used a SCHOA Business Partner, they are encouraged to fill out the SCHOA Business Partner Evaluation. The information is confidential and allows SCHOA to ensure the program is managed to its highest degree.
