Edward, his wife Stella, and their two children moved to Arizona from upstate New York in 1982. He worked for the Arizona Department of Transportation for eighteen years and then moved on to the City of Peoria. In 2005 he relocated to Sun City where he continued working until 2018. At ADOT, he became a Traffic Signal Maintenance Supervisor, installer and programmer. At the City of Peoria, he also worked in the Traffic Signal Department responsible for planning and implementing their maintenance program for signal citywide. He has been involved in many volunteer and leadership positions including, but not limited to, member of Southwest Living History Association, events/entertainment at RCSC, current Secretary for the Properties Committee for RCSC and a current member of SCHOA’s Roads and Safety Committee.
