Sponsorship Opportunities & Registration Information 

Business Participants must be a member of the SCHOA Business Partner Program. Contact us to Join the Program at 623.242.8764.

EXPO hours are 8:00am to NOON on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.  Sponsors and Exhibitors agree to respect the 12:00pm breakdown. Set up will begin at 6:45am and be completed by 7:30am, prior to opening at 8:00am.

  • Spaces are limited and will be pre-assigned by SCHOA and designated by number.
  • SCHOA will be using a slightly different floor plan than what has been used in the past, so we will not accept requests for specific table locations.
  • All spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All Fire Department and safety guidelines must be followed.

Reservations will only be accepted with full payment and a Certificate of Insurance. After processing your registration and payment, a confirmation will be sent to the listed contact’s email.

Cancellation Policy:  Reservations can be cancelled through Noon on Friday, October 10, 2025, however, we will apply a 25% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be issued for any reservation cancelled after this date.

To take advantage of the early bird discounted rates – both contract and payment must be received by Noon on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025.

Final deadline to register, without early bird rate, is Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025.

INSURANCE REQUIRED: We will need a general liability certificate of insurance for $1M that includes the name and date of the event and lists the Sun City Homeowners Association (SCHOA) as an additional insured party.   • Prime event location at the main entrance area.
  • Logo on all advertising literature; including but not limited to flyers, event boards, and bingo card.
  • Participate as a Judge in Halloween Costume Contest and related advertising/marketing materials.
  • Acknowledgement in weekly emails (to 11K) leading up to the EXPO.
  • Sponsorship acknowledgement is included on SCHOA’s website homepage and EXPO event page.
  • Link to your business through SCHOA’s website.
  • Two adjoining spaces, includes 2 – 6ft tables and 4 chairs.
  • Jumbo screen recognition.
  • 60 second speaking slot on stage each hour.
  • Half page ad in SCHOA’s monthly newsletter for 1 year (12 months).

*FINAL Deadline to reserve your spot is Wednesday, October 15, 2025 (rates increase after early bird deadline)

Reservations can be canceled through Noon on Friday, October 10, 2025, however, we will apply a 25% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be issued for any reservation canceled after that date.

Will will facilitate a Bingo Card that will be given to attendees.  This card will encourage attendees to visit 25 tables and have vendors sign off on the card.  Once they have completed their card, they can turn it in for a chance of a door prize.  Door prizes will be provided by Business partners who choose to participate.  Business Partners logos will be listed on the Bingo Card (Deadline to supply your logo to be on the Bingo Card is October 15, 2025).  Prizes can consist of gift cards, certificates, gift baskets, etc. Please ensure we have your logo by Oct. 15 to be included on marketing materials/the Bingo Card.

The deadline to drop off your donated door prize is Friday, October 24 at NOON (SCHOA closes at NOON on Fridays).
