As a vendor or service provider, how can I participate in the SCHOA Business Partners & Service Provider Program?
You will need to complete an application form and submit it to us at the SCHOA offices. As part of your application, we request three references, your license number if you are a licensed contractor, and a $75 fee for participating in the first three categories. Subsequent categories are $10 each with no restriction as to the number of categories for which you can sign up. Administrative fees will apply to first time members. SCHOA averages over 29,000 visits on its website.
How do I become a SCHOA member?
You can come by the SCHOA office or print an application form from the website. Once the application form and $25 annual membership fee is received, membership will be activated.
How do I register a possible violation of the CC&Rs?
There are three ways to let us know about a possible violation:
1) call us at 623-974-4718 and speak with a Compliance representative,
2) come by the SCHOA office during business hours and ask to see a member of the Compliance staff, or
3) send an e-mail to a Compliance Staff Member.

What are SCHOA’s office hours?
The SCHOA office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 p.m and Friday 9:00 to noon, with the exception of holidays.
How can I contact a board member?
You can reach a board member either by calling SCHOA at 623-974-4718 and leaving a message for a board member.
Where can I get a Sun City map and Sun City Community Resource Guide?
You can stop by the SCHOA offices at 10401 West Coggins Drive or click here to view a map of Sun City courtesy of the Sun City Visitors Center at the Bell Recreational Center.
How do I reserve a meeting room at SCHOA?
You may reserve a room at the SCHOA offices by calling 623-242-8535. If you are not a member of SCHOA, there is a fee to rent the meeting room. We are not taking Meeting Room reservations at this time.
Where can I get a plot plan for my building project?
SCHOA has most of the plot plans for Sun City homes. As a member you can contact the office at 623-974-4718 request a plot plant. They are available at no charge to SCHOA members; there is a charge for non-members.
Where can I find out about building permits?
To find out about building permits, please call the SCHOA offices at 623-974-4718 or stop by and ask for a compliance staff member for assistance. Maricopa County Planning & Development – Building Permit Division can be reached at 602-506-3301.
How do I reach the Condo Association (COA)?

Where do I pay my Recreation Center (RCSC) assessment?
Your Rec Center dues can be paid at the Lakeview Recreation Center membership office, lower level, 10626 West Thunderbird Road, Sun City, 85351.

Please note that your RCSC dues are separate from the $25 membership dues to join SCHOA.

Where do I report potholes or street signs down?
Please call Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MDCOT) at 623-506-5063. Be sure to ask for a tracking number.
Where can I get information on Sun City?
The Sun City Visitors Center is a great resource and can be reached at 623-977-5000. They are located in the Bell Recreation Center, 16820 N. 99th Avenue, Sun City, 85351, just south of Bell Road.
What is the phone number for Sunshine Service?
Sunshine Service provides medical and children’s equipment to residents and can be reached at 623-974-2561.
Where can I get information on Sun City’s history?
The Sun Cities Area Historical Society/ Sun Cities Museum (623-974-2568) is located at 10801 Oakmont Drive, Sun City, just west of 107th Avenue, south of Grand Avenue and has an extensive library detailing Sun City’s past. In addition, they have refurbished one of the original Del Webb model homes to its opening day condition.
