INSURANCE REQUIRED: We will need a general liability certificate of insurance for $1M that includes the name and date of the event and lists SCHOA as an additional insured party.

    INSURANCE REQUIRED: We will need a general liability certificate of insurance for $1M that includes the name and date of the event and lists the Sun City Homeowners Association (SCHOA) as an additional insured party.
    Electricity spaces will be on a first come, first serve bases. Spaces are limited and only available in certain areas of the auditorium.
    We will facilitate a Bingo Card that will be given to attendees. This card will encourage attendees to visit 25 tables and have vendors sign off on the card. Once they have completed their card, they can turn it in for a chance of a door prize that will be drawn at the end of the event. Door prizes will be provided by Business Partners who choose to participate in this. Business Partners and their door prize will be listed on the Bingo Card. Prizes can consist of gift cards, certificates, gift baskets, etc.The deadline to drop off your donated door prize is Friday, October 27. (SCHOA closes at noon on Fridays)
