The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), in partnership with Valley Metro and Maricopa County, is holding open houses this March for Sun Cities on the Move: A Transportation Innovation Study.

Sun Cities on the Move is conducting a comprehensive transportation study to evaluate and explore possible transportation options for Sun City and Sun City West. In November 2025, MAG conducted an initial survey to understand how residents move around today and how they would like to move around in the future.

 At the upcoming open houses, residents are invited to learn more about the project and share feedback on possible future transportation options in the community. Whether you walk, bike, drive, use golf carts, or rely on public transit, your voice is essential in building a transportation plan that reflects the community’s priorities.
