Back by popular demand by our residents, our 2025-2026 Resource Guide will
be 5.5”x8.5”. This is a compact size that people can carry with them and keep
it near their home phones.
During peak season Sun City has almost 40,000 residents.
We will publish 30,000 copies of the Guide and here’s how we plan to distribute
them:
– More than 26,500 will be delivered directly to all Sun City Residents – directly to their households.
An additional 3,500 copies will be distributed:
– SCHOA Events.
– SCHOA New Member Packets.
– SCHOA Lobby.
– SCHOA Business Partners who wish to have some to distribute or have in their office.
– RCSC (Recreation Centers of Sun City) includes them in their welcome packets for every new resident.
– RCSC Visitor/Welcome Center.
Guides will be accessible on our Website, and digitally through our weekly emails and monthly newsletters throughout the year, which are also shared on social media sites.
Deadline to submit ads and payment is Noon Friday, Aug. 29.
This is the best investment you can make in your company to reach Sun City residents.
