John relocated to Sun City from Vermont seven years ago. He spent his career as an Educator and has a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Vermont. He spent 27 years of his career as a school principal. In addition, John was chairman of the Vermont License Board for Administrators, and a school board member for six years. He has served in many leadership roles over the years. John is currently Treasurer for the SCHOA Board of Directors, where he has served for three years, and President of the Sun City Prides where he has volunteered for four years. John looks to continue serving on SCHOA’s board because he feels that what makes a better world is the ability to give back by giving of one’s time and knowledge. He indicates that listening to all sides of an issue is imperative to making good decisions.
