Jim Hunter

Jim Hunter is running for a second term on the SCHOA Board of Directors, where he will continue to work to insure that SCHOA remains focused on the primary mission, the protection of our property values through the fair and consistent enforcement of the community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs.)  Further, Jim will continue to support the advocacy efforts of SCHOA which are crucial to protecting our values and way of life.

Jim and his wife Val love Sun City and have been home owners in Sun City for over 9 years.  Prior to serving on the Board at SCHOA, Jim served as a Compliance Officer for SCHOA from 2014 to 2017 and as an active member of the Sun City Sheriff’s Posse from 2011 to 2014. Jim is a proud father, grandfather, and Viet Nam veteran, dedicated to the community.
