There are Four (4) Seats open on the 2024 SCHOA Board of Directors election, and candidate packets are available now.

Interested candidates can pick up a candidate packet at the SCHOA Office at 10401 W. Coggins Drive, Sun City.

Who Can Be a Board Director?

Any property owner who is a Member of SCHOA. (To become a member is a cost of only $25 per household.  Join today!)

What Board Directors Do?

The Board meets officially once a month 10 months of the year. Most directors participate in standing committees. You participate in all important decisions and guide the policies and future of your community.
