| Established Community Intervention Program | Enables SCHOA to legally clean up both vacant and occupied properties where owners refuse to maintain properties and then bill back to the homeowner. | |
| Founded Financial Assistance Program | Helps carefully screened members who are willing to comply but are financially challenged. Volunteers and donations always appreciated. | |
| Vendor & Service Provider Program | Referred over 7,000 SCHOA approved Vendors & Service Providers to SCHOA members for home repairs, etc. | |
