SCHOA’s primary role is the enforcement of
CC&R’s . Our
job is to help maintain Sun City's quality of life by ensuring
compliance and acting as a resource and an advocate for all of its
residents. We are unique in that our association is voluntary in
membership and compulsory in compliance regarding the CC&R’s. At
just $15.00 per year per household, it may well be the best value anywhere.
